"⭐ Extremely Poor Service – Not Recommended Very disappointing stay. On a freezing cold night, the hotel refused to provide an extra blanket. The room was extremely cold, the geyser was not working in the morning, and they didn’t even provide basic drinking water despite asking. Although the room was clean, the service was terrible. I stayed awake the whole night due to discomfort. To make things worse, there was a drunk person at the reception while I was paying, which was completely unprofessional and unsafe."
